Using self-developed high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt as the hot mix asphalt binder, and synchronously spraying high viscosity modified emulsified asphalt as the adhesive layer oil, the conventional implementation thickness is 8-20mm, and the limit thickness is 6mm. The formed road surface has excellent cracking resistance, impermeability, anti-skid,and noise reduction performance.
Scope of application：
The high-toughness ultra-thin asphalt friction course can be differentiated into different grade product types according to the operating conditions,traffic volume and cost requirements.

Overlay on various asphalt surface roads (bridges, tunnels) PG94 Direct overlay on cement concrete surfac roads (bridges, tunnels) with low-medium traffic volume or second overlay on blacktopping pavement that require reflective cracks resistance PG100 Direct overlay on various cement concrete surface roads (bridges, tunnels) Note: The selection of overlay thickness is mainly based on whether there is a need to adjust evenness and repair rutting. In general, it is recommended:

When RDI=95 and RQI=92, 1cm overlay is recommended;
When 92=RDI<95 and 90=RQI<92,1.2cm overlay is recommended;
When 85=RDI<92 and 88=RQI<90,1.5cm overlay is recommended;
For other conditions, 2.0cm overlay isrecommended.

When RQI=92, 1cm overlay is recommended;
When 88=RQI<92,1.2cm overlay is recommended;
When 85=RQI<88,1.5cm overlay is recommended;
For other conditions, 2.0cm overlay is recommended.
